Living out The Gospel in the Missionary Fields - With Sylvia Jarry

“Age shall not weary them” – MY MOTTO for the remainder of my life.

What an amazing trip I ventured on with Andrew & Janine Kubala last year in my 70th year.

It was challenging to say the least but what an adventure we had with the most wonderful team of men and women.  Such fun to be around!

From the incredible outreaches we had in the villages where we sat under the amazing healing anointing of Andrew and gave our testimonies of God’s grace & love.

We saw hundreds of people give their lives to the Lord, healings taking place right before us and people being delivered and set free from witchcraft.

I prayed for a young lady who received back her sight!   What a joy - this was really living out the gospels.

We visited women in villages where Esther’s Voice leader Janine was simply incredible ministering, praying for and sharing the Word of God to these women.

Many of these beautiful women had lost their husbands or family members through the terrible atrocities of Pol Pot.

We had the opportunity of also sharing & praying for them with many tears and laughter. The delight on their faces as we gave them little gifts will stay with me forever.

Visiting the Killing Fields Museum and grounds was an emotional rollercoaster for me.  It was very somber and moving and a chilling reminder of the brutalities of the genocidal Khmer Rouge regime.

Between 1975-1979 it is believed that 1.7 million Cambodian people were murdered.

Men women, little children & babies were taken from their homes in the middle of the night and brought to the Killing Fields to be murdered and buried there.

We can get very comfortable and complacent in our western way of life and sometimes it is good to get out of our comfort zone and give out the love, hope and faith of Jesus to the less fortunate people in other parts of the world.

I would highly recommend that if given the opportunity many men and women would avail themselves of this incredible ministry whether by engaging in being part of the team each year, giving towards the ministry or praying for God’s hand of grace and love to reach the people of Cambodia.
