Darlene Zschech is a highly acclaimed worship leader, composer, author and speaker who has pioneered contemporary worship music over the last 25 years. Her most notable song ‘Shout to the Lord’ is sung by millions of people all over the world. At the foundation of Darlene’s success, is a heart to see other worshippers, worship pastors, leaders, teams and writers raised up. Alongside her husband, Mark, she founded Hope: Global in 2006 to offer practical solutions to countries devastated by war, genocide and poverty. In 2011 Darlene and Mark became the Senior Pastors at HopeUC on the Central Coast of New South Wales.
Leanne Matthesius along with her husband Jurgen are the senior pastors of C3 Church San Diego, a thriving church in southern California. She is also conference host of the C3Cherish Women’s Conference and C3 Americas Director. Leanne is a mother to 3 sons and 1 beautiful daughter and has been in full time ministry for over 14 years. Leanne’s ministry style is wonderfully feminine, and refreshingly humorous. She moves powerfully in the anointing seeing many released and set free from the bondage and limitations keeping them from becoming all that God has designed them to be. Leanne uses personal stories and testimonies to connect with people on a very real level. Her prophetic insight and practical down to earth ministry style will ensure her audience is refreshed, equipped and empowered to take on all that life has to offer. There is no other mover or shaker quite like Leanne Matthesius.

She has also been very involved in the Everywoman Ministry & Everywoman Conference for C3 Church Sydney alongside Ps Chris Pringle. Bernie and Mark have taught seminars and spoken at churches and conferences across the world on leadership and relationships and are committed to healthy teams, churches and families – especially their own!
Bernie has been a part of C3 Church for over 35 years and along with Mark left Sydney, Australia in 1989 to plant the very first C3 Church in the USA in Long Island, New York. They lead this church for 9 years and built a growing and vibrant church before returning back at C3 Church Oxford Falls, Sydney where they started the School of Church Planting and also led as Executive Pastors at the Oxford Falls Campus, a church of several thousand people.
Bernie is an engaging and contemporary communicator with a wonderful gift for making men and women of all ages feel special, deeply loved and encourage to grow. Because of her great burden for unity in family and across the global church, Bernie is a sought after speaker teaching from decades of experience and encouraging people to take new ground in their lives and most importantly in their relationship with God.
Bernie is the mother of Josh (+Georgie), Amee (+Glen), Sasha (+Nathan), and “Nana Bear” to Selah, Brooks, Navy, Oak, Zeph and Clay. Bernie and Mark make their home in Avalon, on the beautiful Northern Beaches of Sydney.
Bernadette Black’s life is proof that in Australia we are the country of “a fair go,” as a once 16 year old mother, Bernie is the founder and CEO of Australia's only national organisation, BRAVE Foundation which supports and represents 8,300 expecting and parenting teens in Australia each year. BRAVE Foundation was awarded $4.5 M funding this year to run a nationwide pilot program to connect 350 expecting and parenting teens to education and support opportunities, so they have the same access to education and support as any other Australian teen and woman.
As founder Bernie won this funding by developing such a compelling vision of what we can achieve together, that she attracted a group of champions who opened doors for her. Over 12 years of lobbying Federal ministers and National Human Rights Commissioners BRAVE now has funding. Bernie have a strong sense of destiny and deep Christian faith, so being a teen, single mother she overcame shame and stigma and became a champion for marginalised groups including standing for local Government to advocate for refugees, completing her high school education and becoming a qualified registered nurse; upskilling her corporate governance capacity that enabled her to be appointed to boards, and strengthening her influence to highlight women who society deems are invisible.
Bernie has also been awarded the Barnardos Australian Mother of the Year and Telstra Tasmanian Woman of the Year. Bernie is mum to Damien, Baeleigh, Flynn and daughter in law Bec. She is married to Steve and together they are also co-worship Pastors at C3 Hobart, where Steve is also Executive Pastor.

Katie is the creator of Trash Your Bible. She works at C3 Church Oxford Falls and lectures at C3 College in New Testament Survey and Angels, Demons and End Times. She has a Bachelor in Theology from Alphacrucis College and is hoping to continue her study to do her Masters in the future.
Personally, she is a self-confessed ‘book nerd’ and is not to be trusted in a book shop with a credit card. She would prefer to be behind the camera (God has a sense of humour!) and loves nothing more than walking the streets taking photos. She absolutely loves the Word of God and is passionate about people engaging with God through his Word.
Trash Your Bible is a concept that has been run through her New Testament Survey course for the past two years and has encouraged many people to engage with their Bible on a new level. It has helped so many so that we are now launching it to a wider audience.
